This website is for information only. It showcases our jewellery collections and helps you contact us. It is not an online store, and no purchase, booking or payment is completed through it.
3. Products, images and descriptions
- Photographs are for illustration. Actual colour, size, finish and design details may vary slightly, especially for handcrafted pieces.
- Designs shown may not always be in stock and can be discontinued without notice. Please confirm availability with us.
- Weight, purity, stone details and certification for each piece are as stated on its tag and invoice at the time of purchase.
4. Prices and gold rates
Gold, silver and diamond prices change daily with market rates. Any price, rate or offer shared on the website, social media, phone or WhatsApp is indicative. The final price is confirmed at the time of billing and includes the metal value, making charges, stone charges (if any) and applicable taxes such as GST.
5. Offers and promotions
Offers and discounts are valid only for the stated period, are subject to their specific conditions and stock, and cannot be combined unless stated. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time.
6. Hallmarking and quality
Our gold jewellery is sold with BIS hallmarking as required by law. Details of purity are printed on the product and the invoice.
7. Custom orders, exchange and returns
Custom orders, advance payments, exchange, buy-back, repairs and returns follow the terms explained at our showroom and written on your order slip or invoice. Please read them before confirming an order.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Pramod Jewellers name and logo, photographs, text and design, belongs to Pramod Jewellers & Gift Centre or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.
9. Third-party links
